Tyneshia Harris Howzell, MSHS, LSSGB is a Senior Enterprise Improvement Advisor at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) where she drives the improvement initiatives for the Center for Health Equity (CHE). Tyneshia is also an Adjunct Instructor at The George Washington University where she teaches Introduction to Healthcare Quality and Quality Improvement Science. Tyneshia is a key leader of the quality improvement internship program and the Improvement Education program at CHOP where she educates, mentors and coach’s students and employees on improvement and health equity methodologies.

Tyneshia received her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and her master’s degree in Healthcare Quality from the George Washington University.

Tyneshia received certifications in Ethical and Inclusive Leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
