Sandeep Sadashiv, MD, MRCPCH is a neonatologist working at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center (EMCM) at Norristown PA, which is a level 3 NICU and part of the CHOP Newborn Care Network. In addition to being a neonatologist, he is also a Quality Improvement champion and lead for his colleagues. He represents EMCM at the CHOP QI council for neonatology. His key QI projects include – minimizing antibiotic exposure to neonates, improving Hep B vaccine compliance, initiating timed cord clamping practice.
He is currently continuing work on antibiotic stewardship projects and therapeutic hypothermia program at EMCM.
