Ciara Barr, VMD is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesia at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She is currently involved in improving anesthesia and operating room workflow efficiency within the small animal veterinary hospital. She transitioned from the Certificate program in Healthcare Quality and Safety to the Master program in healthcare quality and safety.
