30+ years of diverse health care experience ranging from acute care setting, ambulatory are setting, non-clinical and administrative roles and accountabilities. Last 10 years has held formal role in Quality and Safety, trained in HRO principles and reponsible for the outlying the strategy and implementation of both Quality and Safety plans across Penn Medicine’s ambulatory footprint.
Recently became a Certified Health Care Professional through the National Association of Health Care Quality and earned Six Sigma Black Belt certification through the American Society for Quality in 2015. Active member of the ASQ community and South Jersey chapter.
