The Penn Center for Healthcare Improvement & Patient Safety offers multidisciplinary programs that provide the opportunity to study with, and be mentored by, the nation’s leaders in Healthcare Quality & Safety within a top university and renowned health system.

I found the program extremely valuable as my passion is in process improvement and patient safety. Due to my QI work in the program, my director has allowed me to take the lead on several initiatives looking at ways I can optimize workflows and improve efficiencies.

This program has changed the way I see healthcare priorities and delivery. Fantastic learning opportunity for anyone who wants to make things better in our healthcare system.

The program was not only rich in vital and practical information for success in this field, it was also inspirational and highly motivating.
