Who Should Apply?

Improving patient care and health systems is a task for all disciplines. Whether you’re a physician, nurse, pharmacist, social worker, dentist, veterinarian, or administrator, the Masters in Healthcare Quality & Safety will teach you how to collaborate with others to create lasting positive change in your organization.

Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, dentists, veterinarians, administrators, and other personnel who are involved in leading improvements in the healthcare delivery system and who desire more formal skills in the field of quality improvement and patient safety are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility: 

Applicants must:

  • be working professionals in a healthcare setting, for at least two years, and be able to participate in on-campus courses and activities in Philadelphia. The program is not accepting international students at this time.
  • have at least a Bachelor’s degree

Applicants do not need prior formal quality improvement and patient safety training or experience.
