Improving patient care and health systems is a task for all disciplines. Whether you’re a nurse, physician, social worker, dentist, or veterinarian, Penn CHIPS Healthcare Quality & Safety programs will teach you how to collaborate with others to create lasting positive change in your organization.

For two additional CUs, MSN students can graduate with a dual degree.
The Healthcare Quality & Safety capstone project is a chance to lead crucial change in your workplace, with guidance from experts in quality improvement and patient safety on a flexible timeline.
The MSN-MHQS can be completed full-time or part-time depending on your schedule.
Students learn to work together with diverse professionals across healthcare — from physicians and nurses to veterinarians and social workers — with the common goal of improving equity and outcomes in healthcare.
